O’KEY Group Wins Top Prize at the Quality of Service and Consumer Rights Awards
O’KEY Group S.A. (LSE, MOEX: OKEY, the “Group” or the “Company”), one of Russia’s leading food retailers, was named 2021’s best food retail chain in the Retail: Hypermarkets category. The award’s judging panel praised the level of service, value proposition and the modern store concept of O’KEY hypermarkets.

With this year’s awards ceremony taking place on 8 October. The Quality of Service and Consumer Rights awards are an annual event, whose prizes are widely-recognised and are given to the companies that make the most progress in consumer rights and quality of service. Prizewinners are handpicked from various fields, celebrated for acting in a responsible way in safeguarding consumer rights, producing goods and providing services, with awards proving that they merit the highest trust – that of consumers. The main objective of the awards is to promote a fair consumer market across Russia.
By rating O’KEY so highly, the expert community has recognised the significant progress that the Group has made towards transforming the hypermarket format in recent years.
